Promise To Pay (PTP)
A commitment made by a borrower to pay a specific amount by a specific date.
Capturing and tracking PTPs is the primary goal of early-stage collections. Artha’s agents automatically log PTPs into the core LMS and trigger follow-ups if the PTP is broken.
